SmarterHousing: new office in Royal Leamington Spa

We are pleased to announce that the move from our old office (2 Spencer Street, Royal Leamington Spa, CV31 3NF) to our new premises (13 Spencer Street, Royal Leamington Spa, CV31 3NE) went through without any problems.

Artwork for the shop front (including SmarterHousing logo and details of our core services (see HERE)) will be in place by Christmas 2009. The move signifies the launch of residential lettings & sales products as well as the long awaited influx of new staff, to handle the ever growing property portfolio.

    I guess this seamless transition was nothing to do with a certain person spending a day lugging office furniture around, and a night testing systems……. :0)
